What to include
Events: Date, venue, coverage hours, and the moments that matter most.
Food: Restaurant location, approximate number of dishes, and where the images will be used.
Real estate: Property location, approximate size, and your preferred photography date.
D Hill Studio: Product, quantity, occasion, and any custom wording for greeting cards.

After your inquiry, we’ll discuss availability, your priorities, coverage, and pricing. Your booking is confirmed separately after we agree on the details.
Event coverage includes standard editing and an online gallery. Private galleries and a certificate of insurance are available on request. Additional coverage time and retouching can be discussed when planning your event.
Travel & parking
Travel within 30 driving miles of my San José base is included. Beyond that, a flat travel fee is quoted in advance. Parking fees are additional and estimated with your quote.
Insurance & Venue Requirements
I carry photography business insurance. A certificate of insurance (COI) is available on request. Please share any venue insurance requirements before your event.
Payment
Payment is accepted through Venmo, Zelle, or check. Checks must be provided in person at the event or photography session. Mailed checks are not accepted.
